One Step at a Time

There is a moment when movement shifts—when you are no longer making the effort, but simply moving. Jogging is not about speed or distance. It is about rhythm. About finding the place where body and breath fall into sync, where motion becomes meditation.

A Practice of Presence and Motion

Find a stretch of space—a quiet road, a winding path, somewhere open and steady beneath your feet.

Start slowly. Let your body find the pace, let your breath follow.

Notice the rhythm—the way your steps and breath align, the quiet repetition. If the mind starts thinking—counting, planning, remembering—let it go. Return to the motion.

Let your body move without effort. Let the rhythm guide you. If you find resistance, soften into it. Let jogging become something that carries you, instead of something you are doing.

When the time feels right, slow to a walk. Feel the pulse of your heartbeat, the air moving in and out of your lungs. The rhythm is still there, even in stillness. Carry it with you.
