Forgiveness is not just for others—it is for yourself. For the things you carry, the wounds unspoken, the weight of the past. This practice is about release, about healing, about remembering that love is always the way through.

A Practice of Healing and Reconciliation

Find a quiet space. A place where you can be with yourself. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and let your mind settle.

Bring to mind a person, a situation, or a part of yourself that needs healing. No judgment. No resistance. Just presence.

Repeat these four phrases, softly, gently, with feeling:

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

Let the words sink in. If emotions rise, let them. If resistance appears, breathe through it. This is not about forcing forgiveness, but about making space for it.

Continue for as long as it feels right. Let the past soften, let the tension loosen, let the heart open.

When you're ready, sit in the quiet that follows. Feel the lightness, the shift. Carry it with you.
