Burn Baby Burn

Some things are not meant to be carried forever. The weight of old hurts, resentments, and unspoken words lingers—until you choose to let them go. This practice is about release. About turning pain into ash, about clearing space for something new.

A Practice of Release and Renewal

Find a quiet space where you can safely burn paper—a fireproof bowl, a small outdoor fire, or even a candle with care.

Take a deep breath. What are you ready to let go of? A hurt? A grudge? A version of yourself that no longer fits? Write it down. Let the words be raw, unfiltered, real.

Hold the paper in your hands. Feel the weight of what you’re carrying. Speak it, whisper it, or simply acknowledge it. Then, when you're ready, offer it to the fire.

Watch as the flames consume it. Watch as it turns to smoke, to heat, to nothing at all. Let it go—not just in thought, but in action.

Sit with the stillness that follows. Breathe in the space you’ve created. Feel the lightness, the quiet shift.

When you leave, carry only what serves you.
