Listen to Your Body
Your body speaks in sensations—warmth, tightness, tingling, ease. This practice is about listening. About noticing what is already there. About meeting yourself with awareness instead of urgency.
A Practice of Awareness and Release
Find a quiet place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes. Breathe. Let your body settle.
Bring your attention to your toes. Notice any sensation—warmth, coolness, tension, ease. There is nothing to change, only to observe.
Slowly, move your awareness upward—your feet, your ankles, your legs. Pause at each part of your body. Feel it fully. If there is tightness, let your breath soften it. If there is ease, notice it.
Continue scanning, moving through your belly, chest, arms, hands. Feel your neck, your jaw, the space between your eyes. Let each part of you be embraced.
When you reach the top of your head, take a deep breath in. Hold the stillness for a moment. Then exhale, letting everything go.
Stay here for as long as it feels right.
