Balance Your Breath
Your breath is a bridge—between body and mind, between stillness and movement, between balance and release. This practice brings harmony to your energy, quieting the mind and grounding the body.
A Practice of Clarity and Equilibrium
Find a quiet place to sit. Let your spine be long, your shoulders soft. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, settling into stillness.
Bring your right hand to your face. Gently close your right nostril with your thumb. Inhale slowly through your left nostril. At the top of your inhale, release your thumb and close your left nostril with your ring finger. Exhale fully through your right nostril.
Now, inhale through your right nostril, then switch—closing the right nostril and exhaling through the left. This is one cycle.
Move through this rhythm at your own pace, feeling the air flow, the body settle, the mind quiet. Let balance unfold with each breath.
After several minutes, release your hand. Take a final deep inhale through both nostrils, then exhale fully. Sit in the stillness, noticing the shift within you.
Carry this sense of balance with you as you step back into your day.
