Vanishing Act
The world moves, the wind blows, life continues—whether you are here or not. This practice is about stepping aside, softening the edges of the self, letting everything be without the need to be anything at all.
A Practice of Dissolving
Find a place to sit—somewhere quiet, somewhere still. Close your eyes. Breathe. Let the world be exactly as it is.
Now, for a moment, let yourself disappear. Not by doing, but by un-doing. Release the need to hold yourself together. Let go of the idea of "I." Just notice what happens when you are not here to notice.
Feel the world moving around you, without you. Let the wind pass through you, let the sounds exist without your listening. There is nothing to hold onto. Nothing to control. Nothing to be.
After a few moments, open your eyes. Return—not as a weight, but as a whisper. A presence without demand.
