Sing Your Heart Out

Sing. Clap. Move. Let the music take over. This practice is not about performance—it’s about surrender. About allowing sound and movement to lift you beyond yourself, beyond thought, beyond restraint.

A Practice of Devotion and Joy

Close your eyes. Feel the rhythm, the pulse beneath the music. Let your hands move, your body follow. Clap, sway, dance—whatever arises, let it come.

Sing, not from the mind, but from the heart. No need for perfection, no need for control. Let the voice move through you, let the sound carry you.

When the energy reaches its peak, let it drop. Be still. Feel the quiet after the storm, the space inside you expanding.

Then, rise again. Dance, sing, lose yourself. There is nowhere else to be, nothing else to do. Just this. Just now.
